What is the longest time you have spent walking?
A couple of months ago I spent 8 hours walking. I think I covered just a little over 30 miles.

Walking is such a good way to keep fit. I started walking as a student because I wanted to save money on public transport. I have been walking ever since.
I have no car, which means that I walk shorter distances, take the bus or train for longer distances. My average walking speed is 5 km (3 miles)per hour.
Like your longest walk, mine was also 50 km (30 Miles). This was a beautiful walk in Northern Wales. We did not intend to go that far, but when we wanted to stop after about 40 km, there was no transport, so we had to walk on.

When i joined the parade we walked an hour and a half, though tedious i know walking is good exercise for the body.

I have never walked for that long, the longest time I've ever walked is probably like 3 or 4 hours, but I don't remember exactly...

Everyday I spent 2 hours walking as part of my exercise. But the longest time I have spent walking is 6 hours, when I participated an event for health consciousness.
