When i was still single, I use to visit gym and do some workout. However, when i got married and started a family, i was not able to visit the gymn even in a single day. It was because i got pregnant, then have to take care of the baby and at the same time had to work. Then after six years i was about to start going to the gymn again when i found out that i was pregnant for my second child. and so the same cycle continue. Although, I still feel healthy i am also worried of getting old without getting the right exercise my body needed. How about you do you feel the same?

like what aeisle mentioned, exercising can boost your blood circulation. when i was in gradeschool i used to play badminton, we need to do stretching, push ups, sit ups, and run around the badminton court for 20 minutes. it was so hard, but to be trained and wanted to be a good player you should accept the discipline of badminton. i till i have reached the age of 17 and entered college, i havent done my morning exercise, its because i know my body is healthy. and at that time i was not fund of having exercise every morning at all, i felt very lazy to do it and its a bit time consuming in my own point of view. a little walk in the street is enough for me for my blood to circulate in my perspective. until i have met my bf, who was health conscious. he's the one who reminds me to have my exercise and stretching every morning. though i still have my laziness, when i think of my bf and his principles of a good habit, i go into exercise and i felt active everytime i go for work. and sometimes, even at work i exercise and do some stretching. because of him i learned how to be healthy and have a discipline towards health. :)

I do only make some stretching as I wake up. Sometimes I also do some push ups and sit ups. I only do it to improve my blood circulation and it helps me wake up too because it removes those lazy and sleepy feeling like you don't want to move at all. I only spend around 10-15 minutes with the stretching and when I added some push ups and sit ups, I only reach 20 or sometimes 30. -) If you really want to maintain your exercise habit, I think there some exercises that are good for pregnant moms since they also need a good blood circulation in their bodies. I have read those before from one of the health books of my mom. I just don't remember them exactly anymore but it seems to be more on stretching as long as I remember. Try to look for recommended exercises for pregnant moms so you could still exercise at your home without the need to go at the gym anymore.

thanks a lot! my only exercise right now is walking after office. i was not able to think of stretching anymore because when i woke up in the morning i'm already busy preparing for my ten-year old daughter's schooling. breakfast, "baon" (lunch and snack), uniform and others. good thing she knows how to brush her teeh and take a bath. its stressful but no regrets i love my kids. i will do my best to include stretching in my schedule.

I don't go to gym for exercise, but to stay at home and do some regular exercises, such as yoga, or jogging in the compus. A woman is doomed to beome a mother, so she has to make some sacrifice to carrying baby. But after that, she should care herself more. Keeping fit is a whole-life duty, and doing exercise is one of the most effective ways to achieve that.

Of course, everybody needs exercise. I need some. I know because I need to lose some weight. Every guy I guess would love to have six pack abs. I know I do. If there was a shortcut to exercise I'd gladly take it. Lol.

johan hi... Yes, since I started exercising about 3 months ago I feel much better now.... I exercise about 30 minutes in the morning & 30 minutes in the evening before I go to bed... I do this everyday, since I started this I don't feel like I'm always tired during the day... After every exercise I feel good about myself, I think it's very healthy when you put a little exercise into your daily routine.. Try checking out the free exercises on youtube, that is where I get my short workouts, like them since I can do them in my home don't have the money to spend for the gyms... Have a great day working out....

Before I go pregnant I was ina really good shape. After I had my baby it wa over lol. My baby is 2 yrs old now and I still haven't lost any weight! Is very diiult for us (women) when it comes to take care of the baby, the hubby, the house and still have to work. It seems that we have no time to exercise or even have time for us!

I understand that our spare time will be less and less when we are married, especially when we are having children. However, actually we can have many chances to do the exercise. You can regard the housework is a kind of exercise, such as mopping the floor. And everyday I go to work and go home on foot. It spends me about half an hour. This is also my daily exercise:) I love China

It happens to a lot of people. I am one of them too, lol. Sometimes life gets in the way of what we should do for ourselves. The secret (I think) is to make the time, make it a priority.

I have worked as a rescuer for about 13 years and my job involves a lot of physical activity. With my line of work, I need to be fit always. Up until now that I no longer work with the unit, I still continue to exercise knowing that its good for health. I do not go to the gym but I always find time to exercise at home and from time to time, I jog. Its really important to do some physical fitness. I hope that you will find time to do it despite the situation.

I don't think taht you have to go to the gym to get exercise and I suspect that you are getting plenty of it running after, picking up after, and chasing after small children. Invest in a pedometer and see how many steps a day you are walking. If you are getting in 11,000-12,000 steps per day, you are getting plenty of exercise. Picking up those children is as good as lifting weights. I am older and I do get plenty of exercise. I work out at the gym whenever I can and when I can't I am hiking, walking, biking or doing something active.

Exercise is one of the best activity needed in our being. It really brings a most positive effect on your body and it helps to enhance the capability of our system. Without it, our lives live like a floating boat without a guide. Active exercise will give you healthy lifestyle. I hope everyone of us must spend at least twice a week exercise or workout for physical well being.

I am married for 13 years now. For the past 10 years, i became fat and felt lousy. Just 2 years ago i started getting into exercise and became physically fit and firm. I maintained the exercise every morning and make it a morning habit. I now have a curvy figure and energetic life...Thanks to exercise.

It really sucks when you want to do something but things get in the way... it may be work, lack of time, stress, starting a family... Family and work are important and exercising just kind of gets pushed aside in a list of priorities. I hope you find the time, somehow, to exercise. For me, I exercise by incorporating it in my day-to-day tasks. Instead of taking a car when going to the groceries, for example, I take a bicycle.

My wife years ago do such thing like you, but now after had a baby she not exercise, except walking around. I suggest her not to push her body to exercise or similar of that. When time came up she want stretching again.
