So have you thought of starting a business with your friends? Are they all "game" to it and welcome the idea you have thought of?
My friends and i are kind of looking into this right now. we would like to start a bazaar and well, since its almost christmas again... it could be fun working with them and making money with them! :D

I am thinking of having a business with my friend too. But as what others say, it might spoil the friendship. I am thinking of the advantages and disadvantages on this matter. But I think it is better to be alone and just ask help with my sisters. That would be a great idea.
It would be a family business though we are not professionals but learning to have a good management might work.

Don't be worried about starting a business with your friends.its all bogus that you will lose your friendship and all that stuff.
be business minded.
first of all be legally prepared for all situations.plan for the worst and hope for the best.
start your business in limited partnership as it has limited liability.
go and consult a corporate lawyer.

I & few friends started a business 5 months ago. It's kinda hard because the competition in the market is so stiff. Many brands with same product. & the leading brand almost penetrated the entire market. It is like banging on the wall. But we never lose hope. Because we believe that patience & strong willingness to succeed will resulted to progress. Besides, the trend of our gross income is going up. So really a big hope to hit it.

Hello Chiyosan,
Think twice before you start the business with friends. Its always better to go alone in business ventures if you can afford the investment. If you really want a partner you can have your brothers or sisters as partners but not friends as money supercedes everything.Money can even spoil friendships. If you think that your friends are good then go ahead.ALL THE BEST.

i have talked to my friend once and we have agreed that some day we might put up a business together.but i don't think it's always a good idea to have friends in business cause money matters. however i still want to put up a business someday with their help.but i would still think of all its possibilities or whatever.
anyways, what kind of bazaar is that you and your friends are planning to do?

My observation is that business men are born business men or born in business family.I do not think business is for every one. There are professions which appear to be hereditary, like lawyers and doctors etc. They inherit the traits and prove to be successful.Similarly business people.Families thrive and make money in hereditory way.I know some of my friends miserably failed in business and lost vey heavily inspite of their sincerity and hard work.I feel they are,no doubt, good but not business minded.Afterward they made mark in service and some in profession. The intention of making money in business is good but one should also be prepared to loose.....
