stressed always in school!

im always stressed out in school because of my major subjects..i dont have anymore time to hang out with my friends..what can i do? i have to study hard to be able to graduate and to have a job someday..guys could you please help me on how i can be relaxed even if im still studying?

Unfortunately, I don't have much good advice because I am in the same situation. I'm trying to study hard so I could get a degree too and it is stressing me out. I hardly have time off the day to eat and talk to my family and friends. I guess something you could try, this sometimes works for me, is watching some cartoons. It might sound a bit immature but it's a great stress reliever and an episode is usually about 20 minutes so it's a great way to talk a break from studying. Good luck.

I guess it comes down to what your priorities are. hanging out with friends, is that more important than your studies? I'm not judging you or anything & for some people, social life is more important. If that's the case, then you should lighten your classes to make more time for your social life. Or, you can make new friends. By that I mean, may be you can make friends with people who are majoring in same subjects that you are. That way, you can actually hang out & study at the same time. Make a study group. You guys set up a time to meet & study together. In between studies, you guys can periodically relax & just hang out for a while. Just a thought.

The key problem is to improve efficiency .you have to solve the problems on time if you hope that you could hang out with your friends .remember that you must slove all the questions which you have trouble in in the class . wish you lucky everyday.

I have a hard time like you as well x.x But I guess its my fault for taking the subjects lol. Anyways, you have to take your time. To stress yourself out in trying to absorb everything quick will just make it a lot harder. Take breaks, and on weekends, try to have a few hours to rest or enjoy with friends.
