Freelancer or Odesk

Hi I am gathering feedbacks about Freelancer and Odesk. I am trying to find ways to earn online and I came across these two sites. Are there any of you who have accounts with Freelancer or Odesk? How was your transaction with them? Please share your experience. Please feel free to post your comments, recommendations or feedback about these two sites. If you have discovered something better than these two sites you can post it, too. Thanks mylotters! :D

I am very much happy I bumped into Odesk. In three months time, I've earned $600 doing data entry jobs. I won't stop with Odesk since it helped a lot on my expenses. Odesk is the best among the rest. :)

Hi Eykah, how data entry jobs in odesk work? I registered there just recently. But I don't know how it is. Can you give me an idea how to do data entry jobs in odesk?

I dont prefer anyone of the. At both freelancer and Odesk you need to bid to get a task to do, there are dozens of people bidding and the owner will choose one to do the task. Also you are required to possess some skills to complete or qualified for tasks.

I have joined odesk and have been working for almost two months now. I am into data entry jobs. Though the compitition rate is high but with the rigth bid and a good cover letter may help you make it. Just give it a try and bid a reasonable amount for the job. :) Good luck

I have worked with freelancer.com for two weeks and have had two jobs totalling a value of $86. I beleive it is difficult to get a job if you are not a native English speaker, because a majority of the jobs require that you are. I have had success with it so give it a try, just don't go bidding against me LOL!
