I have been staying at home for 3 months now taking good care of my daughter. I also have a babysitter. My daughter is already 6 months old and has a good sleeping habit already. However, I still cant sleep at night and ends up waking late. How can I turn my body clock to be a morning person?

Hello there I can kinda relate with you because i was once a baby sitter for my brother's new born baby in a matter of weeks. He asked us(me and my mother)to stay in them for a while, while looking for a babysitter. So I also woke up in the middle of the night if my niece is crying 'cause i'm concern that my brother and his wife is going to work on the next day. But still I'm trying to wake up at around 6:30 or 7:00 am because my mother wakes me up telling me to baby sit or to do some other task...
