Dare to propose in public,guys?

In many films,we could always see the scenes that the hero,with a bunch of flowers in hand and kneeling down,recall and tell the happy and unhappy experiences with the heroine in order to make her to marry him,most romantic,they are in public,with a lot of people seeing them.When hearing this,you may think this is no longer romantic,but in real life,do you dare to propose to your gf in public,and the girls, will you accept your bf's proposal?

Why not!? I love the idea, and in fact I do really want to do that if possible. Of course we have to examine what type of person our partner is. If our partner is an easy going person I think it will be no problem.
If I am the one being proposed? Well, I'll accept the challange and will make the situation even warmer.

i thinks it's impossible in some country like Pakistan,India, but you can propose in European countries.
