Stick to one antivirus.it will keep your memory free and prevent stability issues.

A BIG NO It is not good to install 2 security softwares on the same computer. It will crash your system in course of time. you will encounter lots of errors like loosing connection to Internet and stuff. do not install 2 security softwares, if you have installed uninstall one asap

yes you can, but your system will be slow, windows will take care about the stability of it, but installing two anti virus is not at all necessary. stick with any one any virus i will say nod 32 and if you like norton then it as an online scan facility, you can scan your computer once in a while. it useless to install two anti virus, its like reading same book in different ways, which is waste of time and resources......

Doing that often gives you more troubles that safety, as both can enter in conflict with each other. A common problem is that an antivirus scans the other database, and find it as a virus (as it contains the virus definitions). And they can slow down your PC. If you feel really unsafe with an antivirus, my first tip would be to choose another one and forget about the first. But if you insist: put only one in automatic mode, that is, leave only one resident and scaning everything from your activities, and the other only will come into play on manual scans, after disabling the first.

Well there is absolutely no need to install two antivirus giants onto the system. This may only slow your system, and sometimes an antivirus can detect another antivirus and their processes as Virus/spywares and give alerts. Two big antivirus system's will definitely slow down the system. It you want you can install one of the above antivirus and along with it you can install small specific softwares such as spyware terminator, spybot etc.

I think that's unnecessary. It will slow down your computer, and the real-time function from both antiviruses will make conflict that will probably make your computer crash or stop working. I do recommend you choose one of them. Plus, sometimes when we try to install another antivirus the new one will ask to uninstall the old one.

Hi there. I had never try to install two or more anti-virus at the same time but what I can say is installing two or more anti-virus in a low specification computer is a fatal mistake. Even though a computer has high specification it is not advisable to do that. This is because if both of the anti-virus clash, something wrong will happen to your system such as like above situation.

yes you can but only if you have too much RAM like 4 or more than 4 gb....but there are more disadvantages of installing 2 antivirus in a single OS....it will make your computer slow ....i tried this once and i got to format my computer as both kaspersky and e set antivirus were installed in my computer....they were showing each other as a virus and later my computer was very slow ....it was extremely slow....and later my computer wasn't starting not even in safe mode so i just formatted my c drive and since then i never tried to install....another antivirus in my computer.... happy mylotting

You might encounter conflicts. Remove one and install and anti-malware instead.
