No, don't buy it. Well, what I meant was, if you already know about cars, have driven them, you know the brands and everything, why would you need advice to buy it? Have you actually driven a Ford car, if so, what model was it? You live in the States (USA)? If not, how easy is to get parts for a Ford car where you live? Take those and any other factor you may consider proper before buying a car, not just what people tell you, which is a plus, I agree, but it should be your decision at the end.
