Upon graduation, virtually all college students will confront the problem of the career choice. It is truly a tough choice. Students' opinions diffier greatly on this issue. Some hold that priority should be given to their interest in jobs, but other take the attitude that salary is the most critical factor influencing their career choices. What's your opinion on this question?

To start with it was interest for me, but as the economic down turn and things getting tighter, now maybe it is money.
I would like to do my dream job, but if i cant feed my self or buy the things i need to live what is the point.. Sometimes we need to do what we dont want to so that we can at least enjoy things sometimes...

Salary is important but as much as it is, my job , it has to be in line with my interest... so i need a balance there. depending on my needs, the salary has to be enough to pay for my bills, and if i happen to be suffering from a long term illness at a given situation, i'll probably be looking for a job that offers a higher salary. but still, it has to be in line with my interests. i don't think i'm a person who's very hard to please. i think i can be satisfied with an average paying job as long as i'm enjoying myself and i can still pay all my expenses.

I think interest is more important for me because if I don't like my job then how can I survive their. I think mostly person prefer to salary and if companies paid them a lot of amount for any job then they agreeing for working their even they know that this job is not their interest. But I always prefer to my interest. And always try to get job in which I take interest.

I think it is more important to be interested in the work than it is to be paid well, in the long run at least. Otherwise it is very easy to get bored with the work you do, and start to resent it...
