Why is Lindsay Lohan not in jail?

Lindsay Lohan was one of my fave teen stars. i also like her songs though her voice is not that great but i like how pretty she looks and how voluptuous she was but then she became what she is right now and she looks like 25 years older than her actual age. she does so many bad things and yet she's not inside a jail nor rehab. and she even flunked a drug test WTF?!? still she's free as a bird... i wonder if kids will look up to her as their idol. that could be the worst that could happen. i wish she would mend her ways and be serious about being in the right track.. for her sake and for her family as well.

She needs to be put in a long time rehab program & get herself straightened out. Ridiculous for one that young to act they way she does & get by w/it.

yes it is. she has everything yet instead of putting it into good cause she makes herself a joke on everyone following her life in news and tabloids. i don't think rehab will help her since she doesn't own whatever she did and just knows that she could just walk away with it cause of MONEY... she needs to know God other than anything else or maybe do something for a cause...

Hello Freymind! I also liked Lindsay, one of her movies was my favorite, untill she started doing the bad stuff. I still like the movie, but my admiration for her flew away on the window long time ago. I guess when you are famous and have lot of money, the lows changes a little, and the bad thing it is that if usuallly you learn something from it, he only learned that she can still do what she wants and get away with it

yes. you are right about that. that is something that i don't get with the celebrities. people put them on high pedestal to admire, to idolize for because they are good in what they do in acting or singing or dancing but they just ruin their life just because they know they can... i like her a lot because for me she has one of the best bodies. she's not thin and very voluptuous and very pretty. but now she looks 35 yrs older and she looks like she doesn't take care of herself at all. i hope she seeks spiritual enlightenment. maybe that would help her.
