Well, avoid fatty foods or oily foods such as fried foods and other foods that made of dairy products. If your acne still persists, consult a doctor, maybe you need some professional treatment. Have a good day always

You're right about the dairy product part. I'm all clear of acne now but I do get an occasional popper every time I get a milkshake or when I order a mocha frap from Starbucks. I kind of put two and two together and true enough, when I stopped eating yogurt and slurping milkshakes, the poppers stopped coming. The sad thing though, is that I happen to like dairy. But now I just get my calcium from supplements.

Well, stopping acne isn't an easy task. I tried many different things, like changing my eating habits, using special soap, medicated creams, etc. Everything failed, and the funny thing is that the dermatologist I went to had a horrible acne, what didn't make me trust her much. I don't know if you're a male or a female, but if you're a female, try with anti pregnancy pills. That's the only thing I know that really works for that.

oh me too! Especially around my period lately I have been getting it real bad around my chin area. I feel like im in highschool again and I'm 27. This shouldnt be happening to me!! I bought this clean and clear acne spot treatment. It dries them out but mine are stubborn and it takes a few times putting it on. It does cry your skin out so I'd be careful, stop using if you get irritated. I also read online that making a scrub of honey and sugar helps too.

i used to have too much acne too, but i realized that its only a matter of finding the right product, like that apricot scrub the guy on the first comment said. Also, how often do you apply it on your face..

I really feel for you. =| Acne can leave emotional as well as physical scars. I remember not wanting to go out of the house when I had this problem when I was younger. My parents took me to the best dermatologists, I've had to endure painful acne surgeries for weeks, and I even had to take oral meds. But nothing really helped. Some people think that acne is caused by hygiene. And although it can aggravate the situation, my dermatologist told me that it's really genetics that is the culprit here. That and hormonal imbalances. Or even stress. Although, you can't really fight with your genetics, minimizing stress in your life can improve your acne significantly. Stress produces cortisol, a stress hormone that makes your oil glands go into overdrive. Lessening cortisol might help. How you destress would be entirely up to you though, since it's different for every one. When I hit my mid twenties, the acne just magically disappeared. All the stressing that I did when I was younger, all the medication and treatments was trumped by time. So take comfort in the fact that it will all clear up in time. For now, see a reputable dermatologist, retinoic creams actually help, and get enough sleep. Do the things that you enjoy and drink 5 icy cold glasses of water everyday. And most of all, smile.

I also suffer in the same problem before. I do everything just to remove my acne but I never try to visit a dermatologist. I just clean my face every after two hours but it doesn't work. My sister told me to relax and get a good sleep at night. She also give me a cream that help to whitens my skin and it peel my skin first before it whitens but it works and my acne is now gone.

Hi, If you get hold of an Oriflame consultant buy the pure skin range or the Tea tree face wash and toner. This will take care of your problem and trust me I have had miraculous results so am sharing this with you. With the pure skin range you will get a face wash, use that twice a day, then apply few drops of the toner,it will close pores and tighten your skin and then apply the mattifying cream which will remove blemishes and at the same time moisturize your skin.Alternatively you can opt for the Tea tree face wash.Take daily care of your skin and amazing results should be there for you to see within a month.I had the worst acne and marks possible but they are all gone now!I have been using these products over two years. Also drink at least 12 glasses of water, cut down on junk food.

When it comes to the best acne treatments, unfortunately it cannot be listed simply. The reason is not because of the lack of availability of treatment for acne, but is quite contrary. You should decide what the main issue of your acne is in order to find the best procedures for treating the acne. From person to person, the acne problems are going to be different. The best acne treatments for one individual may not turn out to be the best acne treatments for another individual. In some individuals, mild acne attacks could come about and nothing more than a little routine procedure of washing and cleansing the face will take care of the problem.

Hi, we have the same problems. But not just like that because I can cure my pimples. I do suggest you to clean your face with warm water, morning and night. You can also use the moringa leaves to heal those scars from your face. Also, you can have cleansing diet because one cause of acne, and pimples are coming from the food we eat. Relax yourself, have a complete sleeping hours.

Acne can happen due to many reasons. Hygiene is the most important way of keeping our skin free from acne. We have to wash our skin regularly, keep it oil free. It's good to wash our face at least twice a day, with facial wash. For best results, get professional views over the counter to find out which type of facial wash suits your skin type best. Drinking lots of water is one way as it helps replenish fluid in our body, giving moisture to our skin instead of feeling dry. Sleep is important too because it affects our mood. When one does not get enough of sleep, we tend to be hot tempered and that will cause some form of break outs too.

Hi Saurav! I suggest you don't squeeze them as they will only leave scars on your face. My dermatologist recommended , to spot treat pimples with Benzoyl Peroxide ( it's an ointment that kills the bacteria causing pimples). You can purchase it over the counter. The swelling just subsides in a matter of days. Keep your hands off your face, your hands are prone to dirt and would just irritate your face. Hope this helps!

Hello Sauravmillion! About your problem, i think it is better not to pay any attention to it. I did payed attention and i had problems like you do, but my brother didn't and did not know what acnee mean. Well, he did get a zit then and now, but he did not " played" with it and the infection didn't sprayed, as it did for me. I also think it is a problen teenagers have, so wait till youl be a grownup and they will disapear :)

Hello there :] I've had those problems before, and I even had to get rescriptions from a dermatologist, but then that took a lot of money and time and things to slap on my face. Ehh I found an alternative, you know the St. Ives apricot scrub? It's really nice and it does help in getting rid of the acne scars as well, your call if you're going to get invigorating or gentle, I use invigorating since its faster and gentle is for those with sensitive skins.
