Gosh, sorry to hear about your internal family problems. I guess if you put it that way, you really do need a lawyer if its that desperate that you should seek relief from the law.
But before you take this matter to another level, may I suggest that all parties involved (family) take a day to meditate this matter over. Take a breather and rethink how all this family mess came about. From the sounds of it, it dosen't appear that there is a cool-headed mediator in the family, correct? I may be wong. But if there is someone in the family that can be objective and impersonal to the views of all sides but remain neutral and to look at this situation from every angle, I believe you can adjudicate this matter amongst yourselves without having to involve the attorneys.
All it takes is a controlled environment with a peacemaker (agreed upon by all affected sides) to help mediate this situation. If you can't agree on a family or relative, then perhaps a friend of the family or an outsider that will agree to hear all sides and work with all parties involved to come to some resolution of said problem.
Unless of course this matter has to do with a felonious act, then it behooves the family to contact the authorities asap.
Well I hope I was of some small assistance to your family problem.
Good luck and peace be amongst your family.

Thank you so much for the post.
I really wish it was that simple, Yes! there was a crime and someone else was blamed, plus the dumb police force. { and dont get me wrong I'm PRO COPS, but they just didnt do their job. 7 years served, and counting on a innocent person. It's not right and it's not fair

I'm sorry to hear that your legal problems are in dire-straights.
There is an attorney that does pro bono work, but, to acquire his services you need to have your case record reviewed by his staff. As a matter of fact, I think you may have heard of this person. He was one of the attorneys that represented O.J. Simpson during his trial. At the moment I can't seem to remember his name, but, he is a caucasian gentleman, who specializes in cases involving DNA. He is thought to be the nations expert in DNA legalities. You might want to do some research into it. I'm just sorry that I can't remember this attorney's name. I think it starts with an "S".
Well I hope that gives you, your family and especially your love one thats incarcerated some ray of hope. I will be praying that justice will prevail on behalf of your relative.
Peace be with your family during these trying times.

thanks a lot for the info.....Is the person that you are talking about Robert Shapiro? If so that would be great if he could help, I mean that would be DAMN good, but at the same time I think he only does celebrities cases. Don't get me wrong, I will try anything within the law to help out my family member in this messed up situation, and I will follow any help that is hand to me by the people that post on my problem. The thought of getting Shapiro on our side, after what I read about when I looked him up on the web; I mean that guy was sueing his clients, cause they couldnt pay him, My family just don't got that kind of money. At all! Thank you again and if you come up with anything else, Im all ears.
