I just bumped into this great article (not a referral link! This is a newspaper article that I think can benefit us all), that was really inspirational at least. It's about a woman who started living on less, in a really cool way! And now she works from home only.
So I think she can really inspire many people here.

This is a real nice article about the way a couple saved money and it's amazing how they changed their lives so drastically, I bet they are happier too. There are a lot of ways to live simply and frugally, and the internet can really tell us how!

I totally agree! I am trying to learn more about this, because I think it can really make our lives easier if we do. And we'll probably be happier too!

What a great article! How brave was this woman to do what she did in downsizing her whole life - but look at the benefits. I think we could all learn something from this, because we all get caught up in acquiring material possessions - and for what? Owning possessions doesn't bring happiness, nor does having lots of money - it's how we feel inside that brings happiness.
We could all do with de-cluttering our life like this lady did.
Thanks so much for sharing!

I have been thinking just like her for the past couple of years. Ask yourself do we really need 2000 square feet house with few people living on it? While thousands of people can't afford to pay for their house. Why can't every family grow INDOOR gardens? We can overcome food crisis if we all learn how to grow our own foods.
I live with my mom and dad in a small house and my income is average. Life is lot easier when you live with your own family then living alone. Split the cost in your family and it helps you live a very standard life.
Unfortunately people will always CONSUME, because there is no limitation on imagination.
