Final Episode Of "The Colony" WOW

So tonight was the final episode of "The Colony." I have watched every episode through tonight and WOW. No reuniting with their families, no real end at all to it. They get in their boat and make it to the proposed new home and as theyre pulling up in the boat there are already people there??? Hmmmm And VOPA comes to rescue 2 people??? WOW So many questions left unanswered LOL Anyone else a fan of the show and disappointed with the final episode??
