I found that my sister had stayed at home for a long time, no shopping,no activities,no dating...Actually she bought some goods on the internet and it's so convenient that she dont want to go outside for shopping anymore...
she spent lots of time in reading and having a chat with her friend on the internet, but now she realize that it does harm to her health...she didn't take sun shower for some time and suffered with computer radiation...
and i also to tell her somethings that how important to go outside to breath fresh air and do some sports...seems like she understand because then she begin to enjoy healthy life instead of spending lots of time sit in the front of computer...how do you think about? do you have the experience that staying at a certain place without going outside for a period of time?

Yes, I used to be addicted to computer games when i had 2 months' holiday after the university entrance exam. In that period, when i did every day were eating breakfast, playing PC games, having lunch, playing games, having supper and playing games. About 16 hours sitting in the front of the computer. I felt tired everyday, but i just couldn't afford to get off the screen. I had ruined the whole long holiday. No reading, no sports, no traveling, no part-time jobs, i had been an utterly worthless person. Now when i looked back to it, i also felt ashamed and regretful. Now when i am in the campus, i went to classes, swimming, running, traveling out with my friends. I am busy, but i feel happy. Computer is good, but remember never to be addicted to it, it will ruin your health and your life.

I am not really a people person. I do chat but I don't socialize much. So I would love to just stay at home. Unfortunately, I need to pay bills and buy certain food. So I have to leave home to work. If I am not working during the weekends and holidays where I don't have to shop, I would rather stay inside.
