Here is a question about a job...

Well which company would you join if you had offer letters from two companies for the same position but one of them provides you more salary but the living conditions at their hostels are pathetic while the other one provides you less salary but the living conditions are far better? Also the company providing better living conditions is number two in the business while the company providing more salary and sub-standard housing is number one.
As for me I am thinking of joining the number two company with less salary but better living conditions. I mean after all I am earning money to live a good life right :)

Consider what is going to make you happy an which job will also lead you to where you want to go. Amazing that a job actually offers accommodation. Which one will provide you with the professional and personal development that you need? What opportunities will be available to you?

Thats the problem. Both the companies are equally good (as I said they number 1 and 2 in the business). It just comes down to salary and the hostels.

if they are both of equal opportunity and development then go with your gut feeling - because this is usually the one you really want deep down inside. Good luck!

oh that would be tough. but just to clarify.. the company would give you a "housing" when they hire you or you meant that the working conditions would be a lot different from each other?
I think i would go for the higher salary - and then i can afford my own place. i will not have to live with the rest of the employees. hehe :D

hmm.. tough one.. mmm... when you say better living condition, what terms are you talking bout? id say, if your passion is relly on this kind of field then i guess the amount wouldnt mater if its high or low right? so choose wherever you think you'd most likely be happy with!

Hi Arvik,definitely I will choose second company from above two .Because I believe living atmosphere is more important than good salary.
