How to have reputation in the mylot

I am new in the mylot ,so i have many questions.....that i always see a five pointed star before a peaple's name .it have many colours and sometimes will show ''mylot reputation of 93/100''.but i dont know how to have one . can someone give me answer ?

At first, you have to post more here. And then you have to wait for others to rate for your posts. If you have received lots of positive rates, then your reputation will be increased. I love China
