Currently, I have made a decent amount of money on internet to invest. I am thinking of paying people to join to sites which they think would not pay them. Do you guys know any place where I can promote this offer for free? I will be paying around $0.25 more to the person who joins and makes this much on the site. But the thing is I will be only paying for this offer today. Any sites you use to promote such an offer? How do you find people for the kind of offer you promote?
