I think the best way to learn is in a classroom because for me hearing the information is so much better than just seeing it or reading it. I pay more attention to auditory learning and so for me that's the best. I think imitation and practice are also very important and different approaches necessary if it's a difficult subject. But the best way to learn is by interacting with another person and engaging them in a dialogue or conversation.

That depends on what you're doing. When it comes to programming, it is to be in the class room and actually work on it. It helps you get better. With anything, it's more about doing it to show that you know how to do it. You can do a lot of reading but if you're not trying to figure it out, then quite frankly, it's not going to matter one way or the other.

I also think the internet is the current mode for easier learning, as well as to acess the surveys, we can debate with others about our doubts on forums and other websites, and can also attend classes on video, it makes everything easier. Do not want to diminish the value of books, but even the books become easier to find on the internet.

You can go for learning via internet. However, classroom based training still has many advantages. Foremost, is you would get a better idea of whether you have learned well enough, when you will explain things to other people.
