i do not think so it is reliable, i think it is a bogus thing.

I am not sure about this product because I have never seen it, however as a general rule these types of things promise a lot but are not necessarily good for you. Instead if you want to lose weight then your best options are to eat lots of fruit and vegetables, lean meat and drink water. Plus exercise as well and in fact the exercise need be nothing more than walking, slowly increasing the pace to burn up more calories and get your heart working a little bit harder.
