Any ideas for teeth whiting..

My teeth are not bad but I do want them to be whiter... I had braces and I have a nice smile its just not as white as I want it. Does anyone have any ideas?

Well... you can always go to the Dentist and have your teeth whitened... but for the maxillary and mandibular (top & bottom).. you will be looking at at least $1,000 or more. Most dental insurance does not cover teeth whitening as it is considered "cosmetic dentistry". Hope this helps. I have my Certification in Dental Assisting.

baking soda might work..thats the only natural method I know..then the other way im sure you also know is to go to the dentist and ask for the teeth whitening session:)

Well, it is said that the only way you can actually whiten your teeth is with a bleaching product, the others are just myths. But, I say that if you use blue toothpaste it would help a little, also maybe baking soda.
