How do you get paid to post videos on YouTube?

I heard several people made more than 100K last year for making stupid videos and then uploading them on YouTube. That's Redonkulus!!!

It's the YouTube Partnership Program, and it's kind of old news. It's existed for several years now. Official Info: http://www.youtube.com/partners Not everyone in the Partnership Program makes 100k... that's probably only the big YouTube celebrities with over 500,000 subscribers and millions of views on all their videos. Most partners have to work really hard publicizing their channel and making really good videos just to make enough to make ends meet.

Hey I have no more information about that how we get paid from posting videos on YouTube. Because I have never tries this. But I am also wanted to know about earnings from YouTube.
