What's your main dish structures in the three meals?

I'm Chinese and our dish structurers are quite different from those I've seen discussing here. The main dish that some listed are just snacks for us, we rarely eat the pizza, hamburgers, hot dogs for dinner. let me tell u in general, for breakfast, we have porriage, eggs with fried pancakes, steamed stuffed buns, deep-fried dough sticks. For dinner, it falles into two categories, noodles and rice, together with vegetables and meat. There are hundreds of daily fried vegetables, delicious and tempting. For supper, we'll have vegetable soup, meat soup, porriage and a little light dish that is easy to digest. Yeah, this is exactly what I eat every day. Apart from the main meals, sometimes I'll take biscuits and nuts as snacks, but not usually. I could be extremely satisfied with the main dish of noodles and rice, rarely eagering for pizza, chocolates, icecreams... I love lingering outside, walking, taking various exercies, which keep me enegetic and cheerful. I'm full of vigor and in good shape, neither too fat nor too thin, also with smooth fair skin:). I'll keep with my moderate diet habbit and I believe I'll be both healthy and beautiful. Hope you all enjoy your meals and be healthy and pretty as well! waazula.com

Hi, In a chinese family, I think it is kinda of traditional habit to eat rice for lunch and dinner,come together with vegetables,meat and soup. For my family, I am doing the cooking everyday from breakfast,lunch and dinner. We will just have a simple breakfast like bread with jam,steam cake, steam pau,porridge with a cup of hot tea/coffee. As for lunch, since it is only me and my son at home during lunch time, I prepare something simple for both of us.Sometimes, I will fried noodles,noodle soup or eat rice with vegetable and soup. As for dinner, I prefer to have a complete meal like vegetable,meat/fish,and a soup. I cook different kind of dishes every day,so that we won't be bored eating the same food every week. Eating home cooked meal is always the best,more healthier and we enjoy eating together at home.
