Yes i always made a campaign there.. all you have to do is open an available task similar to what you like to make campaign, then just try to follow their process and the proof you want to be submitted to you.. then each person that would do such job would be listed under your campaign, then its up to you if you would rate them satisfied or nor satisfied..

Well, for international work. It works out pretty well. When you try to get work done from US people, not so much. It gets done reliably in most cases, but there just doesn't seem to be much of a US base there. International work you can get done anywhere, though. Generally for way cheaper, too. Um. I don't get your question. After a person finishes the task it will tell you information about that person such as their IP n' whatnot. Also the "proof" you made them submit will be shown. Is that what you were asking?
