Six packs Abs

My weight is increasing and my the fat accumulating all over my body especially around my tummy. Getting fatter and fatter. I really want to have that six packs abs which is very impossible but do you have ways of getting at least a lean tummy :-). If possible is there any workouts that do not need expensive machine,if possible no help from all the exercise equipments ...

do sit-ups/crunch ups after waking up, and before going to bed. walk walk walk... this really helps a lot to lose weight. if you dont like walking, then jog or bike. discipline your eating, no matter how hard you exercise if you dont discipline your food intake, it will take forever to reach your goal. i have lost weight and lose 4 inches off my tummy/abs by not eating too much, drinking tea, and doing sit-ups. plus instead of riding when going to the grocery, i take a walk... 10-20 minutes of walking daily or every other day also helps.

That is why lately I purposely park my car a bit far from the place that I would like to go so that it force me to burn a bit of fat hehehe...eating is a problem..I love to eat ..help me to control the urge to eat..

that was what my problem was before, i love to eat and i cant control eating... but then, i tried this, i have read once that the reason why many French are not fat because they chew the food well... forgot what magazine it was, but it has stayed on mind for years. so i did that, chew the food slowly and well, when i feel a bit full, i drink water, even if i still want to eat i stop, im already full. after an hour or two i drink hot coffee or hot tea. if i want to eat something, like chocolate, i do eat, but the same thing chew it slowly and well, let the flavor linger in your mouth (or was it pallate, i forgot)... hhmm eh? lol .

My life is quite hectic. So having a quick meal is really my lifestyle. Maybe it is true that we should chew our food slowly..and at the same time..we are enjoying the food right.
