I bought my Samsung B7320 last Christmas as a gift to myself. And since then my cellphone bill is skyrocketing high and way beyond to my limit. I was alarmed because I know for sure that I am not using the GPRS and other internet stuff by our service provider. So when I can no longer take the paying high bills, I ask our service provider and Samsung Philippines what's wrong with my device, just this now that I was not really log out from internet explorer. yikes! B7320 have this process that to completely end the internet you have to go to task manager and click the internet explorer-end task. Really quite a handful job. I hope that paying expensive bill will end now, I just have to wait and see how much will my cellphone bill next month will be?

There must have been a flaw in your phone. Usually turning off the power and then turning the power on again will clear out any open applications, or memory that may be slowing down the device. I'm assuming you allow the battery to completely die before charging? Or, the phone is powered off at any given time? If not, that could create its own host of problems right there. You should probably talk to your provider, because you should not be charged for using an application you're not actively "using". That's just one way companies get money from unsuspecting people. The process in my opinion is wrong, but quite often that's just how people tend to think. You should dispute the charges if its been having over a period of months.

That happened to me too. it seems like the phone is automatically connecting to the mobile network for internet even though I am not using the internet. Good think I subscribed to a cheaper internet connection which charges per 30 mins at a lower rate. Every time I see my phone connected, I would immediately disconnect it and try to disable the feature that is activating the mobile internet.
