How you handle it when you feel nervous?

I'm not always confident with everything in daily life.I get nervous when I'm not prepared for something well or something not familiar with before many peoople.Then,my voice will changed a little.That really depress me in some way.And I kwon I need to speak it slowly.But I just can't help myself.Is there the same thing happen to you? And how do you deal with that?

I think everyone is like that at one time or another. The trick is to do it alot. Slowly you will become used to doing it and won't be so nervous.

If I am not confident before taking any actions, I usually pray and ask for guidance that I may able to do the right thing. I lift the situation to God and let Him take control. That way it keep me focus on the things im doing. Proper breathing also helps a lot for me.

Taking a deep breath before doing anything usually helps me calm my nerves.
