I've created my first task on Mylot, after I have deposited funds into my account.
My question is: does this task needs to be reviewed before it becomes available?

It appears to be available (if it's the Fribiz signup).
I would have recommended that you put more information about the task on the page (for example, say that it's for Fribiz and a bit more about what Fribiz is) so that people have more confidence about using a cloaked link.
