Help to control my eating habit..

I am getting bigger n bigger in size. I just love to eat...especially meat and soft drinks. I know that these food are not healthy but I just can't help myself. Maybe I really have that sweet tooth...I am just wondering why there are some people can control their appetite and have a lean body...any tips?

I have a problem with gaining weight, too. One thing that's helped me so far is that when I want a soft drink or some sugary drink, I make myself drink a glass of water first. Often, I find that I don't really want another drink after that. I think that sometimes I'm just thirsty and don't recognize it. As far as meat, maybe if you make yourself eat a serving of vegetable first? It may help you not eat quite as much.

about drinking a glass of water before drinking soft drink, I feel that I want to try. It sounds logic hehehe

Hi also love eating...i think everybody does hehehe..The problem with us is we keep on gaining weight. I think we should start checking if we have a balanced diet. Try to eat meat, junk foods and drink soft drinks in moderation, too. Oh by the way I also love sweet foods- cakes, pastries, ice cream, chocolates...and like you I can't stop myself from taking a bite or two and more.. LOL. What I do is I just eat them in moderation or in less frequent times. I don't totally avoid them because doing so will only make it more tempting and irresistible. As we grow older our metabolism rate also slows down so it helps if we have regular exercise, cardio activities or anything that will make us burn the calories. I am not really into soft drinks but I do love to eat (which is a really huge problem) So I try cutting off calories and exercise a bit more. Instead of fry, I try steam. By exercising meant move more. My work require me to sit a lot. So I try to walk more than usual. It does work a bit.

Hi, It is better for you to stop eating meat and drink too much soft drinks. Soft drink consist of gas and it is not good to drink that much. You can start doing an exercise to keep fit of your body and reduce the portion of your food intake. Try to avoid eating meat,substitute with green vegetables and fruits, to have a good balanced diet meal.

Eating is my best exercise, I don't know if this exercise can harm me. But, I fell so hilarious, why my weight never Increas. Do you think I ate food which are not fit to my metabolism?
