Which those responsable for children beeing polite? Parents or the school?

It is the Parents responsibility to teach their kids manners. Learning how to be respectful, courteous, and polite as well as learning right from wrong starts at home. School is a place to further this education and execute it. Its not the school responsibility to teach your kids when or how to be polite. I think its just laziness when parents don't teach kids proper ettiquite at home and expect someone else to do it for them.
