i can think of a few famous dogs...brian from family guy,lassie (of course),rin tin tin,buck from married with children...that about covers it for me lol...how about you remember any great famous dogs?

This dog really made me cry. It is based from true story and he even have a statue in Japan. He is Hachi Go. Watch the movie Hachi, A dog's Tale. But be sure to have a tissue with you.

I also watch a movie with my mom and we are both crying I think it is Milo and Otis? umm I forgot the title it's about a friendship between a cat and dog

I think the cute little Russel on Fraiser called Eddie should be pretty famous. What a cute dog! I can't think of any others. You mentioned them all.

I don't know if you find it famous, but this dog enchanted my youth. I'm talking about Rex, the dog from the Austrian-made police television drama "Kommissar Rex" (English title "Inspector Rex").
I loved that dog and his actions from the movie inspired me to train Nera, my first dog.
