today electronics technology grew so fast, almost all of them implemented with microprocessor even its just a simple microprocessor.
that can make u easily doing something.
maybe 20 years later the world is like in sci-fi movie, lots of robotic systems.
so for u, is technology just make u become lazy, since its very very help u make your works easily;
or its help u for more productive?

Hi distorsi!
I can't deny that today's technology is just fantastic. But I love to say too that it's the hands, the brains, the person behind who operates this that has maximized its potential. Technology is just as good as the person handling it otherwise it is just as good to be abused. It should therefore come with responsibility. And in that way we control it and not the other way round. Technology should thus help us and not to make us lazy instead.

I think it would depend on the person who is using the technology. It can make a person more efficient and enable him to do more things but it can also make him lazy because he doesn't have to exert as much effort in order to accomplish something. I think that if a person doesn't have to that as much time to finish something as it does before technology, then that should free up a person to do more things in his life

Technological advances are so amazing. Internet, for instance, has become the information highway for a broad range of sectors. It is an achievement beyong imagination fifty years ago. It has also become the fastest way of communication around the world.

Some times technology makes us lazy some times it helps too. Nowadays everything is based on machine control rather than man control or human control. Even formers are using such type of vehicles and instruments to grow in the land rather than working physically and rather than taking 10 to 20 people for contract.

That is so so. Technology is clearly helping me much. As a blind person which is using screen reader as an assistive tools, I can now do so many things that blind people were unable to do before (computing, browsing, making music, etc). But sure enough it also makes me lazy, because I was visiting friends directly a lot but now I prefer seating in front of my webcam to talk to them.

ya surely technology is making us more lazy.
thats why the health of humans are going down day by day.
and our life span is also decreasing, these are all the bad effects of improving technology.
but unfortunately we all are addicted to the rapidly growing technology as humans always like change.

No, I don't think it's making us lazy, but I do think it is making us disconnected from one another. So, instead of interacting with people who are living around us, we choose to interact with people or things over electronic devices (cell phones, computers, video games, DVDs). We are rapidly choosing not to interact personally and, instead, interact through electronic devices.
That might, however, be considered a form of laziness in some people's eyes. I personally think we are simply choosing to avoid the real world and avoid talking to real people face-to-face.
Now, if you are concerned about this for exercise reasons, then yes, that would be considered lazy, I suppose. People are replacing outdoor activities with indoor activites. However, some of this is to blame by doctors, dermatologists and health professionals (not to mention the multi-million dollar SPF lotion industry) who are practically alarmists regarding sun exposure. So, people think they are being 'safe' by remaining indoors interacting with a computer instead of being outdoors playing a physical game.
However, due to the health professionals alarmist statements, many people are far too paranoid about being 'sunburned' that they fear staying outside more than a few minutes. This further perpetuates and encourages people to become sedentary and to sit at a computer or in front of a TV or on the telephone for hours.
So, for this reason, it's not really the technology that has made us sedentary. Certainly, technology has given us something else to do instead of being outdoors, but I believe the fear of being sunburned (or getting melanoma) is one of the primary factors motivating people to stay indoors and use technology. Technology is just taking the blame because it is an attractive diversion.
