I love movies that are unique and share a special message to its viewers. I think that any movie genre has an epic movie that conveys awesomeness. For fantasy it has to be Lord of the Rings, Harry Potter, and or Avatar. While the horror gene has Halloween with Michael Myers to the newest thriller the Saw franchise.
Every great movie in a generation touches the audience with many emotions throughout the whole movie. That what get our attention, right? The Shawshank Redemption is one of those movies where you believe its based on a real story because of the actors and how well the convey their characters. Then you have the Godfather that takes us into a world that we've never seen before up close.... the mafia.
The movies bring entertainment to our lives and take us on an emotional roller coster ride. They make our dreams come to life on the big screen and show us a new world.
What do you look for in a movie to make it one of your favorites of all time.

During my college years, when I used to go to movies atleast three times a week, I very much liked watch historical movies. The way they were made were so grand and so amazing, and in many ways , I would say, very educational too learning about the histories of the time. The directors did excellent jobs in presenting the events of the time.

I personally look for a good human interest drama with a good story. something set against an interesting historical background is what makes them interesting to me.

My favorite genre is high fantasy. I love a story about an epic struggle between good and evil. The Lord of the Rings trilogy is probably one of my all-time favorites. I also love the Chronicles of Narnia, Dragonheart, and Willow. I'm not really a fan of Harry Potter, but I do think the movies are pretty good.

Hello Kaiprinceess! i think i consider a movie good to wach if it is touching my soul in some way or another. I like romance and dramas, and comedies. If they have a seed of truth in it and if it is full with emotions, and good actors i consider it worth the time to wach it
