Is buxp.info is a scam???????????

I was referred to this site by my friend few days ago.I have seen its minimum payout which is 7.99 $.It seems like a scam because of its high payout.Please help me out by sharing your views ....

Nice to know that this isn't a scam... but yeah I admit the minimum is too high... plus they don't pay standard members to paypal, as stated in their FAQ page I quote: "We currently only pay premium members through Paypal, or standard members who have more than $17.99 in their account balance." That is a bit disappointing cause I prefer paypal than alertpay... and as a new member, I will not invest on the site till I earned from it...

Buxp isn't a scam since it's going on for about 3 years now. Maybe it has a high payout so members can't cashout all the time which gives them more time to earn or find money to pay its members..
