do you like dessert after lunch?

personaly i like better stay with the taste of the food after lunch, and just eat a dessert about 2 or 3 hours later. what about you?

Yes I do I usually eat fruits or maybe just have a cuo if juice..lol is that a dessert?haha

Some people say that we have to take a breakfast like a king, a lunch like a prince, a coffee in the afternoon like a princess and a dinner like a queen

For me, dessert goes with dinner. Now some people eat their dinner at lunch time while others eat dinner at evening time. So, lunch dessert if fine, unless you have a lot of physical work to do, as you can fill your stomach as much as you like. But, evening means that you will soon be sleeping and a full stomach will not be a good idea.

I think eating a small sweet after lunch is o.k. But one can't have a sweet 2-3 hours after dinner as you'll be sleeping and it is not advisable to do so on a full stomach.If i'm at home during lunch i have a sweet but that is immediately afterwards and not a couple of hours later.I prefer to have a sweet immediately after a meal but i restrict it to a great extent.

Yes, I like having dessert right after I eat, but I don't always have one, since I think eating too many sweets is not really good for you.

I definitely like dessert... after eating i used to do it.. eat something sweet like chocolate, salad or which is available on the table.
