Hi Veta897, I am not really a Facebook addict but I do visit Facebook quite often. I log onto Facebook daily as well but I do not spend six hours a time in FB. I will generally just read new status, pictures, comments, respond to any and check up on some games I play then I sign off. I check my Facebook every few hours if I get the chance and that is about it. I have a life outside of Facebook too so I cannot stay on the computer that long in one setting.

Well, it depends whether I'm actively playing a game in Facebook, I should say I am actually addicted to Facebook games. When I'm addicted to the games, I will always find time to login to Facebook and play the games. But too bad, my company has blocked us from accessing Facebook in the office, hence I can't login to Facebook even during lunch time.
I haven't been login to Facebook for quite sometime, but today I just started a Facebook game - FrontierVille, which I think it's quite fun, and I have been playing with it since a few hours ago. Yeah, now I started to get addicted to Facebook again, until I get bored to the game.

Well, I wouldn't say I'm addicted but I do like to check on a daily basis what's new with my social circle or if someone is trying to contact me.
I have to confess, some of the games/applications have a little control over me and I like to play/use them almost daily, maybe just 15-20 minutes, but still a good chunk of time I could do something else.
So, resuming, addicted? to big of a word for me, maybe just like to be updated, and get mentally distracted by the applications once in a while ... that's it ;)

I used to be addicted to face book. When I very first got the account for the website I was definitely addicted to it. I would log in many times throughout the day and I would play games and I couldn't wait to get back on to play the games. Now I barely ever play any of the games on face book. Some of them I don't even like anymore.
I used to play such games as petville, bubble island, uno, bejeweled, farkle and other games. I never got into the farmville game though. Even though almost everyone else I know got into that game.
With daily activities to do I ran out of time to keep up with most of the games. So I just stopped playing them. Especially being a college student, I just didn't have the time to play them on a daily basis like some other people I know. Plus they started to get a little boring and get on my nerves. Right now I am on a break from school and at first I started to play the games again but now I am tired of all of the games. I knew once I go back to school I will definitely not have the time to play the games.
I do look forward to updating my status every once in a while. Although occasionally I don't know what to put as my status, I will just leave it blank. I get excited about updating my status if I have something good to tell everyone. Or if I want to tell something on there as a status. I will sometimes leave a status on facebook for a long time. Other times I will update my status more often.
I like to read other people's status also. Some of my friends update their status more often than other people. I have a few people as friends that don't put anything as their status ever.
When a good friend of mine moved away we would use facebook to talk on a regular basis but we have lost contact a bit. We still try to talk but we both have busy lives so it's hard for us to chat as we used to. She recently started school also so she doesn't have as much time as she used to.
From time to time I will write on her wall and she will write on mine. We will occasionally chat and we will also email through facebook at times. She used to play the games all of the time and was constantly getting me into the new games.
I hate to say it but I know a lot of people have facebook but I think after a couple of years of having an account it gets a little boring. I am not saying I don't enjoy having a facebook account. Although now I just use it for status updates and to read my friends status updates. From time to time I will go and play a game but most of the time I would rather be mylotting or doing daily chores.
I have recently started using my phone a lot to sign into FB and write status updates and read them. I usually check FB and myspace on my phone now rather than a regular laptop or computer. Occasionally I will log into FB and myspace but not that often anymore. If I want to play a game on Face book then I will use my laptop to play them.
What do you do on face book for six hours everyday?

It will be a lie if I say NO. LOL
I am a certified FB addict, and I don't like it. ^^ I dunno, sometimes i just open it end up being dumbfounded until I realize hours had passed. Actually, it's a waste of time but well it's still my choice.

I can say I'm a facebook addict because I like to check what's new with my friends that I don't get to see much often and browsing their post and shout outs plus the latest pictures. Also, the applications is very interesting and attracts you to become addicted and staying logged in for so long that you will not notice that you have spent so much time.
