how do you confront a person you know is lying?

how would you confront a mom who is teaching her son to lie? it is really so frustrating to know that there are mothers out there who teach their kids to lie in order for them to get away with bad decisions they had made for their kids. do you pity the kid or do you pity the mom? how would you confront her? and how would you put a stop to it?

Hello, I think i will not confrunt a mother who puts his child to lie. At some point i will talk to the child without the mother knowing, and tell him that i know that her mother made him lie, and try to make him confess and become a better person, going on the right way. The mom lied for so long that i dont think there's a chace for her to stop, if she puts her own child to lie, but i think it will be a great opportunity for the child to know that there is another way, and it is the right way to fallow

Thanks a lot IoanaBI.. it is really so depressing to see this kid go through that kind of life.. i will try to do what you have suggested and hopefully it will have a positive result.

the best way to show our dignity is by own example... who is the teacher and who is the student, do you think that will have more sucess trying make 1 student change, or making the theacher change? the teacher can change a lot of others
