I used to walk my sister up to the bus stop every morning. I would also go get her in the afternoon. Now my mother either takes her to the bus stop or takes her to school if they have the time or running late. A lot of mornings they are running late because they want to sleep in. So my mother will drive her to school instead of her riding the bus.
When I would go up to the bus stop, there were barely any parents. Even though there were a bunch of young children there were hardly any parents. A few parents would watch out for other children even though they were not babysitting them. I don't think this is right. I remember one time a kid was climbing a tree, one kid on top of the mail boxes. Another time there was a young kid on the benches and he kept walking. He was way too young to be walking on the benches, plus you are not suppose to walk on them at all. I remember this time particularly because there was a mother this time! I was sitting near the kid so I got up and walked over to the mailboxes and checked the mail. When I came back I stood over on the grass by myself. I saw other parents watching out for the kid so he didn't fall. I stoop up because I don't believe I should have to watch out. Sure I wouldn't let a kid be hurt at all but parents need to take care of their children, and watch out for their children. I know there are accidents that happen. I would always prevent a children from getting hurt.

As kids, they like exploring and goofing around, which is why they require guardians or someone to look after them. We don't know when accidents may hit them, and it's going to be really bad since they are young and still have soft bones and small bodies. Children think different from teenagers and adults, once they see something and get interested in it then there kicks in the tweaking and other stuff, and without supervision anything can go wrong. As parents this is our responsibility whenever we have the time or we are around. Bigger sisters or brothers also have to take part in this too y'know.
