I think that the key element in a relationship is communication. Once couples communicate with each other on a regular basis they can resolve issues before it reaches crisis stage. If any one agree or disagree, share with me.

Communication with your partner is definately the most important part of a relatonship if you can't talk to your partner about problems you have how do you expect things to change or problems to be fixed if you are not discussing what your problems are.

I agree with you.any problem, howerev bad can be solved in amiable way. If the probles is let unspoked, the frustration, and unhappiness, and remorse will explode some day, and the rezoult will not be one we will like. Is better to prevent this kind of things

I agree, but I would add that the type of communication is important.
A couple can sit down and have a civil conversation where they each carefully express themselves and they each carefully and attentively listen to the other.
This type of communication would certainly strengthen a relationship.
However, a couple could communicate by yelling and screaming with neither of them really listening to needs of the other.
This is only destructive.
