Have you ever spent real money on the Facebook games?

I play many of the games on Facebook. Take your pick, I have played, at one time or another, Mafia Wars, Farmville, Frontierville, Rollercoaster Kingdom, Cafe World, Yoville, Restaurant City, Vampire Wars, and most recently MMA Pro Fighter. (I'm sure I am leaving a few out). The one thing I haven't done though, is spent real money on the games to buy the credits to advance faster. Advancing through game play is what I enjoy most about the games. What games do you play and have you ever spent real money to advance faster?

Regrettably I have spent real money on Mafia Wars when I first started. That is probably why I am having a hard time coming to the decision to quit that particular game. I am very frustrated with the game lately because I keep getting attacked by players who are thousands of levels above me. I play for less than 5 minutes and get "iced", hit so many times my health is below 20. It just isn't fun anymore.

I don't see what they get out of that, they can't be getting much experience out of it. You would thing they would put some kind of limit on that kind of attack. Like you said, it's not fun when that happens and if the games aren't fun people won't play and they won't get any revenue.

I have a bunch of games that I have started this way. Restaurant City I was really hooked on, but then I started playing something else and haven't been back. Sometimes they get so repetetive or so hard to loevel up or do anything different, that i just get bored with it.

Nope, I've never spent real money on facebook games. Heck, I've never even spent fake money to play the games on there. LOL
I'm not really into playing games on there. Okay, so I did try a puzzle type game a few times before in the past, but I got bored with it pretty quick and quit. I'm not really interested in playing their games anyway, that's not why I joined the site. I just have an account to keep in contact with others (like friends and family). Even then I'm bad when it comes to using facebook as I hardly ever go on there. I'd much rather mylot instead!
Happy mylotting!

No i have not spend any real money on facebook games as i prefer to earn the points and in game money without paying for it. I feel that it is more rewarding to earn the money or points from playing the game rather than buying all the good items at the very beginning without earning them.I can see why some choose to do so though as it does make it easier to start out in the game but I prefer a challenge and will spend the time in order to achieve it.

No. I played for a while there but I don't have much time to continue in playing. I'd rather invest my money somewhere but not on facebook games.

I don't have much time for such games, such as Restaurant City, Hotel City, Monster Backyard, Farmville...Why spend money when I can't enjoy it? I tried MyCity but eventually quit because I found it simply pointless.
So the answer is no, I haven't spent a dime in Facebook games.

I also played many game applications on facebook before but I never spent any money to advance with the games. As of now,I am only playing Farmville. My husband had spent money twice for his Kingdoms of Camelot game. He used his paypal account to purchase gems and he's happy about it. He has been hooked in this game for almost 4 months now.

No I haven't coz I don't see the point in doing so. Imagine, buying clothes for a virtual pet?! I think it's outrageous. But to each his own. I respect the people who do so because it's their choice and it's what gives them pleasure. Nothing against them, really.

I haven't tried but I wanted to. I to used play games in facebook and there were times that I wanted to buy something for the games that I played, but I can't cause i don't have credit card. But there is one way to purchase premium item in facebook instead of real money we can use our credit balance.

I never do that. But I heard someone play poker in facebook with the real money to spend. I don't know for sure. That is other opportunity to get more money. I think you should try it someday.

Hi, Uic, I am also into Facebook games but I never shed a cent to purchase Facebook credits.
But I did know someone who did bought some facebook credits of the game car town. He loves car so much that he did ask from his mom to give a little share from her Facebook credits so that he could buy the lamboghini. And he did. So he has a little more edge from us in the Car Town games.

No, I've never spent any real money on any Facebook games nor am I going to any time soon. Spending real money to boost up your character and things like that would really take the fun out of the game. What's the point of earning those game coins and cash the hard way when you can buy them with real money. Where's the fun in that. I don't really go on Facebook anymore so I hardly have time to spend on any of those games. The only one I'm kind of keeping track of is Ninja Wars.

I have played several games on Facebook.. My favorites are Restaurant City and Pet Society, occasionally Cafe World, Hotel City. I have not spent real money on games, I think it is pointless. I rather advance with the game then spending money to advance :)
