I was reading a healthy lifestyle magazine and came across a treatment for wrinkles which goes, mash 1/4 banana until creamy, spread all over face and leave for 15-20 mins before rinsing off with warm water followed by a dash of cold water, pat dry. Do you have any short n simple health n beauty tips to share? A trip to the salon or the spa can be so expensive.

Have you found that this works? I am so wary of some of these 'home remedies' because so many of them are just so far out there! If it was in a magazine, though, we must be able to trust it.... right?. I would like to know if it works before rubbing a banana on my face. lol

That's what i thought too, so i've been trying it out at nights and I find that my skin feels softer and it's not so dry anymore. Not so sure about the wrinkles though.

Well all home remedies work actually. try gram flour paste on your face every day , or even wash ur face with it. your face will feel very smooth and soft. I apply sandal wood paste along with turmeric for extra glow. it really helps in making the skin very smooth and yes wrinkle free. and u must sleep well and do not expose ur face too much to radiation and sun. wash ur face often with cool water.
