A BIG Joke....loosing weight!

I will go crazy any time soon if I keep track of all the advices I see on the web ,on the newspaper / magazines, on television, on facebook and even my friends and family! When I start watching television with those reality shows, I go ...I am not eating today, I will be consistent now I exercise and never give up but when oh so yummy food calls me,what do you know I am eating and feeling so good. Can we not go back to the times when Fat people are Beautiful? Why is it so delicious to eat???? Please can we just eat and move on or better yet have a Fat Bank that we can deposit and never have to withdraw because it would be convertible to credits for recession. that would be definitely awesome! We all spend so much to eat good yummy food then we spend so much to take it all away from our bodies. Lesson: Think big eat when you are happy! I am having one right now!
