Have you tried any of the new shape up shoes ?

I am not really sure if they are any good or not. To be honest I wonder if the same effect couldn't be done by maybe some sort of insole in a regular pair of sneaker. I've not seen any elevated heel insoles, but if they were to make such a thing I'm sure it'd be about the same thing. To me it just seems like a waste of money but I can't say they don't work. I just think the same effect can be made for cheaper, maybe even with just a pair of high heels (but those can be a pain to wear!).

A new shape of shoes sounds like fun! For me, it doesnt matter how it looks like as long as it is comfortable and fashionable as well.

I haven't ever had them myself, but I hear that they aren't really worth it. I can't remember what it was on, but I saw something on tv about it. They said that they don't really make a difference. I don't know, but I wouldn't spend my money on them.

They aren't worth it. You won't notice much change, if at all. I've seen several articles with doctors and fitness experts saying that they just aren't worth it.
