Timing on Memory computer (RAM) / myLot

im so confused about latency in computer memory, can we speed up our computer performance by configuring Timing on memory? i need suggest how much each part in Timing i must raise or drop? n what function each part?

the speed of computer depends on FSB of mother board.....

It is not an easy thing to explain .... It needs some knowledge in depth about timing circuits ... like 555 timer(NE 555)...It took 4 years to understand Electronics and Communication..

Forget about the memory latency.. If u want to increase the speed of the computer, consider about overclocking the computer.. but make sure that ur motherboard , CPU and RAM supports overclocking and make sure it's not overclocked before u bought it.. Overclocking is to be done at your own risks !! Read the precautions before doing at your own risk !!

i have little experience in overclocking. overclocking intel pentium LGA 775 3GHz corsair XMS2 pc6400 ecs-915G. success boost my cpu clock to 3.1G, but only survive for 2 days. after that... bang T.T it because my power supply not good enough to support over clocking.
