Phone issues in a relation ship.......!!!

I keep getting this question on my mind and wondering what your answer would be; can your partner stay with your phone for a day and things remain the same? as in, he/she smiles at you when you are back,gives you the same hug or kiss? and why? I've seen many people crush over the phone issue! And would you want to be with your partner's phone any way?
