how can i decrease my weight? =(

i'm 20 yrs. old and residing in bulacan in the luzon part of the philippines..my height is 5'4 and my weight is around 150 lbs. i badly wanted to lose my weight but i dont know how..could you please give me some advices on how i can lose weight easily? i wanted to lose weight in just a couple of weeks..i think in 2 weeks..im just a student and i cant even work out because of my heavy schedules..please help me guys.. =(

Start walking, and if you can, running! It's a great stress reliever and is definitely good for your body. I bet you would lose some weight just by starting a running or walking regimen/routine every day. Try walking for 1/2 an hour a day, and then gradually increase it or gradually turn walking into running. This will help you a lot! Also make sure you're drinking a lot of water, as that definitely helps you. Cut out junk food and soda (slowly but surely) and I'm sure you'll see almost an immediate change - and even better - you'll feel a change! Good luck!
