I been Smoking for almost 4 years and I'm planning to quit it several times but it only works for a month and it will comeback again. I try so many methods such as having a candy on my pocket, workout, sports, joining a community, even having salt on my pocket just to dry my mouth with salty taste because i hate my saliva when i crave for nicotine. please give me some good advise to work it out.

Dude...all you need is a strong determination. You need to have something in mind like someone who does not like your habit. think of that person when you feel like smoking. Think that if you smoke you will lose that person forever. and i know you will do it.

Bad habits are hard to break. Smoking or drinking excessively are big ones that can take control of our lives if we let it. Willpower is something we need in big supply to rid ourselves of a bad habit.
