Greetings to everyone!What you think about Yogi?

Did you belive that principles indeed works.Appreciate all opinions about yogi especially practise people.Is it so hard to start your way into yogi.What is the main thing to practise.

I have been practising "Yoga" meditation for over 10 years now. Every night, before going to bed, I would sit down and practise that for an hour. That is very good for mental as well as physical health. One significant benefit I get is that my blood pressure stays low and normal.

ofcourse it works ...... it it not that to hard start with simple exercise .... and definitely to go to level it took time.
