Boys don't cry they say, but I think they're just holding it back. Probably because if they do they think it might lessen their masculinity. What do you think? Are their other reasons why they hold their tears? What do you think of men who's not ashamed to cry? Do you think they are less of a man if they do?

I think they do, they're just not brave enough to show it to others.

Yes it's true! They're holding it back in front of people and cry whenever they're alone coz others might think that they're not man enough to face any problems in life. They're TOO AFRAID to be called a 'homosexual'. No offense, but this is TRUE! For me, crying doesn't lessen anything even for men. It even helps to open up and accept the fact that they're also humans too who gets hurt and gets broken. Men DO cry, and whatever they say, we all DO know that! ^_^

i agree - men are humans too, so they can cry too. if a man doesn't cry or can't feel pain, sorrow, or sympathy then there's something wrong with him.

I, personally, know many men that cry. I do believe that the biggest reason men don't cry, is because they think it will make them look less manly. However, a real "man" wouldn't be worried about his masculinity, and would show his feelings however they need be shown.

i totally agree with brian's definition of a real man. men shouldn't be afraid to show their feelings.

I saw men crying like my husband, my youngest son and my Dad, they do cry and they don't ashamed to cry. My husband told me, if he won't cry, he feels his heart will burst due to pain. I know, he's too emotional.

I think they are afraid to show it because men should not cry. But my boyfriend cried when I almost out of life. Other men don't cry and they find it very hard because as a man they should be strong. Unlike us women, we are soft and naive at times.

boys cry too but they are holding it in because they feel that it will ruin their manly ego. and honestly, i go for guys who cries over a girl. it is sweet and you will know that they are sincere
